Sunflower and Goldeneye
The Goldeneye plant is much shorter than the Sunflower.
It has numerous slender stems, 1 to 3 feet tall, each of
which has a bright golden yellow flower head.
This plant grows on dry slopes and roadsides. It
is one of our showiest plants in late summer.
